FRADELLA ("Administratrix",) a person of the full age of majority and domiciled in the Parish of Jefferson, appearing herein as the duly appointed, qualified and acting Administratrix of the SUCCESSION OF FRANK C. FRADELLA AND SALLY ANN THOMAS FRADELLA, who respectfully represents that the following debts and expenses of the succession have not been paid and avers that they should be paid without further delay: 1. The following is a tableau of distribution listing debts and charges that are due by the succession and that petitioner proposes to pay: PROPOSED DISTRIBUTIONS: 1. Reimbursement to Sand A. Fradella, Administratrix, for Attorney Fees paid to Marianne M. Zimmer for legal services and court costs rendered for the Succession of Frank C. Fradella and Sally Ann Thomas Fradella for the time period of August 9, 2024, through October 1, 2025, in the amount of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($15,500.00). 2. Reimbursement to Sand A. Fradella, Administratrix, for Attorney Fees paid to Stephen Braud for legal services costs rendered for the Succession of Frank C. Fradella and Sally Ann Thomas Fradella in July 2024, in the amount of One Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,000.00). 3. Reimbursement to Sand A. Fradella, Administratrix, for administrative expenses incurred in the administration of the Succession of Frank C. Fradella and Sally Ann Thomas Fradella and estate properties for the time period of August 9, 2024, through June 30, 2026, in the amount of Twenty-five Thousand-four hundred - twelve and 31/100 Dollars ($25,412.31). 2. Petitioner has cash on hand sufficient to pay the debts listed, and she desires authority of this Honorable Court to pay them.3. Notice of the filing of this tableau has been given to those who requested notice as shown by the certificate following this Petition. WHEREFORE, Sand A.
